Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on the progress of your order with our easy-to-use tracking features. Here’s how you can monitor your purchase from dispatch to delivery:

- Log in to your account and navigate to the “Order History” section. Here, you’ll see a list of your recent orders with their current statuses.
- Locate Your Tracking Information
- Find the order you want to track. If your item has been shipped, you’ll see a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Simply click on the tracking link or copy the tracking number to view detailed updates.
- Follow Your Order’s Journey
- Use the tracking link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to check your order’s latest location and estimated delivery date. You’ll be able to see where your package is in transit and any expected delays.
- Receive Notifications
- Enable notifications in your account settings or ensure your email address is up to date to receive real-time tracking updates via email. We’ll notify you when your order is shipped and when it’s out for delivery.
- Contact Support if Needed
- If you experience any issues with your tracking or if your package seems delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our Customer Support team. We’re here to help you resolve any delivery concerns.

- Tracking information may take a few hours to become available after shipping.
- If you have multiple items in an order, they may be shipped separately, and each package will have its own tracking details.
